| Evidence | DENV-reactive memory CD8+_ cells (day 120) were identified by their upregulation of the early activation markers CD25 and CD69. In addition, vaccine-reactive CD8+ T cells from an early post-vaccination time point (day 14) were identified by expression of the activation markers CD38 and HLA-DR and isolated by flow sorting. |
