Evidence The ILC population was further divided into C1, C2, and C3 clusters (Figures S5A and S5B). C1 cluster showedhigh expression of NKG7, KLRD1, EOMES, and TBX21 and anabsence or low expression of CD3G, TRDC, TRBC2 or TRAC, suggesting the cells in this cluster were not T lymphocytes butrather ILC1 (NK-like cells) (Lim et al., 2017; Hazenberg and Spits, 2014). C3 showed ILC3 (lymphoid tissue inducer [LTi]) characteristics, suggested by high expression of RORC, IL7R, ZBTB16, LTA, and LTB (Figures S5C and S5D; Table S4) (Lim et al., 2017; Hazenberg and Spits, 2014).
