| Evidence | Lin_CD45 cells showed positive staining for mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) markers Sca1 (>40%), CD90 (≈15%), and little cKit expression (<5%). Flow cytometric analysis detected MSC marker expression, including Sca1, CD90, CD146, and CD29 (>80%), in these cells (Figure S1 a, b). |
