Evidence | Tuft-2 cells expressed significantly higher levels of the Th2 promoting cytokine, thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP)34 (FDR<0.1, Mann-Whitney U-test, Fig. 4c), which we confirmed with smFISH and qPCR (Extended Data Fig. 7f, g).
