| Evidence | we sorted dendritic cells using markers (Ptprc+Cd3e-Lyz2-Cd19-Itgax+). We found five different clusters among dendritic cells (Fig. 7B). Clusters 0, 1, 2, and 4 were Itgam+, whereas cluster 3 was Batf3+, which is a major cross-presenting cell. |
