T+M52hese cells were identifed by high expression of the stem cell markers CTLA2A, HLF, and CD34 and the absence of lineage-specifc gene expression (Figure 6B). Gene expression patterns of all major lineages were represented in the single-cell analysis, albeit at varying levels.
