Evidence | Of these, initial inspection indicated that only two subpopulations were incorrectly assigned one group that consisted of poorly characterised neurons lacking any salient transcriptomic feature (clade MN.5) and a second population that expressed late neural progenitor markers Sox9 and Fabp7, which is indicative of progenitor identity (clade V2a.5). |
