| Evidence | Transit amplifying cells (cluster 2) were classified based on the enrichment of cell cycle markers and lack of Lgr5+ stem cell marker expression. Interestingly, there are genes that are specifically enriched in cluster 2, such as Gjb3 and Fgfbp1. |
