Continent 2 was identified as basket and bistratified cells. These were all positive for Tac1 (the precursor to the neuropeptide Substance P), as well as Satb1 and Erbb4, but were negative for Grm1. They were divided into two Pvalb+/Sst_ clusters identified with basket cells, two Pvalb+/Sst+/Npy+ clusters identified with bistratified cells (Klausberger et al., 2004), and three Pvalb_ clusters identified with Oriens-Bistratified (O-Bi) cells [55]. |
