Evidence | With regard to CD14+ monocytes, we use macrophage markers Cd68 and Cd37 to separate macrophages and monocytes, and we define macrophage cells as those with positive expression of both markers. These cells are selected for subsampling. The CD56+ NK cells are composed of NK and NKT cells, so we use T-cell markers Cd3d, Cd3e, and Cd3g to separate the groups, and define the NK cells as those with zero expression of these three markers. |
