Evidence | To determine the role of the SI during homeostasis and injury, we studied our scRNA-seq results to identify markers that would enable the labelling of these cells and found that several components of the Notch signalling pathway were highly enriched in SI cells (Supplementary Fig. 6b, left panels). |
