Evidence | We found that clusters 1 and 2 represented OEPCs (enriched for basal/progenitor markers). Cluster 1 comprised the majority of OEPCs identified from the ~16, 500 cells analyzed (4712 cells, 28%) while cluster 2 was much smaller (140 cells, 0.8%).
