Evidence | ISL1 gene has been previously shown to mark early CVP stage (Cai et al., 2003). In our cells, we observed signi_cant upregulation of ISL1 from day 7. However, other CVP markers such as TBX5 and MEF2C did not show signi_cant upregulation until day 9. |
