Evidence Expression of CD141 (THBD) and CD1C alone, reported surface markers of CDC1 and CDC2 respectively.Comparing these two clusters, CXorf21+ DCs showed slightly higher level of MHC II genes such as HLADQB1, HLA-DPB1 and CDC2 markers like CD1C, FCER1A and FCGR2B. Feature plots of relative signature score calculated on the expression levels of CDC2 marker gene set (comprising CD1C, CD1E, CD1A, CD11b, CD11c, FCER1A, SIRPA and CLEC10A) and CDC1 marker gene set (comprising CLEC9A, CADM1, IDO1 and XCR1).
