Evidence Immunofluorescence for the IM/nephron progenitor/nephron marker PAX2 was clearly higher in day 7+11 kidney micro-organoids exposed to 1_M CHIR99021 (Fig.1D), with qPCR performed on the day 7 monolayer cultures showing increased expression of key IM/nephron progenitor markers (PAX2, _T1, _HX1, _SR1, _IX1, _YA1) as well as_NT11_nd_ATA3, which are expressed in the ureteric tip and collecting duct but are not unique to these sites (Fig.1E)
