Evidence | The majority of the cell typesexpected to be present in the heart were successfully retrievedby scRNA-seq analysis as shown in the UMAP projection, including a certain amount of CMs (TNNI3+) in addition to panECs (CDH5+) (Figures 1B and 1C).
