Evidence | B cells in the mLN were predominantly CD19+, MS4A1+ (encodes CD20), CD40+, TNFRSF13B+ (encodes TACI), CD38_ memory or CXCR5+, TCL1A+, FCER2+ (encodes CD23) follicular B cells (Figure 2b, d). In contrast, in the three regions of the colon, the main population of B cells were SDC1+ (encodes CD138), CD38+, plasma cells. |
