Evidence These cells were partitioned into 9 groups using unsupervised graph clustering (Rosvall and Bergstrom, 2008) (Figure 1E), visualized by t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding (t-SNE) (Amir el et al., 2013) and labeled according to marker gene expression (Figure S1D). Enteric glial cells, eosinophils, and neutrophils were not detected, probably due to technical limitations. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) of all other subpopulations are provided in Table S42.
